Not far from Liberec, the Czech leg of the 30th Saxon-Bohemian Orienteering Days was held on Saturday. A total of 844 runners were on the results list at the end. A family from Wehrsdorf was accompanied at the race by Mitteldeutscher Rundfunk.

The SAXBO next weekend is getting closer and closer. In the meantime, the technical information on the competitions and the starting lists have been published. For Saturday, the Mitteldeutscher Rundfunk (MDR) has announced its presence.
18 April 2022 (Update)
The course lengths for the German and Czech stage are now available. There is a special highlight this year - for some courses it will go underground.
The courses of the Saxon-Bohemian Orienteering Days are traditionally marked by numerous stone and rock control points with many metres of altitude. This year, for the first time at a SAXBO, it will also go underground.

For the 30th edition of the Saxon-Bohemian Orienteering Days, we are also pleased to be able to draw from the full range of children's and popular sports. There will be a wide range of activities on both days, some of which are free of charge.

Registration for the 30th Saxon-Bohemian Orienteering Days on 30 April / 1 May is now open. At the moment it looks like an event without restrictions is feasible. In addition to the orienteering itself, we therefore hope for the usual broad supporting programme for all those interested.
As always, registration can be done via the O-Manager and the Czech registration portal ORIS. The official registration deadline is 20 April.
