The key points for the 33rd Saxon-Bohemian Orienteering Days on May 3 and 4 have now been finalized, the announcement has been published and registration is now open. This edition will once again feature numerous highlights and some innovations.

This year, the Czech stage will be run as a middle distance in Zdislava (Schönbach) on Saturday. The course setter is none other than Pavel Kubát, long-time national runner and 2010 Junior World Champion.
The long distance on Sunday will then take place on a completely new map around the Jonsberg. Rolf Kerger, an experienced course setter from Zittau, will determine the control locations in the numerous stone and rocky areas.
Both days will again be counted as ranking runs for Saxony and the Czech Jeschken region, so that a strong field of participants is guaranteed. As usual, the weekend program includes a wide range of activities for beginners, children and families.
As an innovation, there will be a Go4-O championship at the end of the competition on Sunday for the first time, in which anyone interested can take part.
The organizers of the competition around the Jonsberg are offering the MTB-O community and potential interested parties the unique opportunity to try out the local terrain in a section of the newly added map at the MTB-O Saxony Cup on 23.03.25.
