The Czech O-Tour 2025 started with a competition in the Prague Zoo. More than 2,200 participants took advantage of the opportunity to explore the zoo in the sunshine. Numerous runners and organizers from the SAXBO team were also on site.

On an extended sprint distance, the participants of every age group had to make the best possible route selection decisions in mountainous terrain in a guide time of just over 20 minutes. Various small sections of path and house passages also caused a lot of headaches and one or two incorrect stamps in the field of participants. The youngest orienteering kids had the choice between a dedicated track and a comprehensive range of children's activities.
Around 30 runners from the SAXBO clubs from Zittau and Chrastava ran at the start of the Czech O-Tour 2025. But SAXBO organizers also worked behind the scenes in leading positions at the family-friendly event. After the run there was still enough time to enjoy immersing yourself in the different worlds.
The next stage of the Czech O-Tour is scheduled for the beginning of April, followed a month later by the SAXBO 2025.
