After the run is before the run! You often hear that. It's true for SAXBO, too, especially this year. Because of the postponement into the autumn last year, there are only six months time. The last time this happened was in 2000, when the German championships Long was "inserted" between the SAXBOs in October.

The new generation has always played a central role in the Saxon-Bohemian Orienteering Days. A wide range of activities for children also offers parents the possibility to participate in their competition in a relaxed way.

Nowadays many events offer orienteering for children. Within the program of the SAXBO there are different variants.
